Job Description
- Working on 28/28 rotational basis and 12 hours shift to provide technical administrative and clerical support to the platform leadership team and other key personnel within the Offshore Installation facility assigned. Complete assigned tasks as requested by the OIM to meet ongoing requirements.
Key Job Accountabilities
- Maintain and handle various databases to maintain accuracy, quality checks and verify reliability of sources information by providing administration and clerical service for Field Operations a wide variety of correspondence, facsimile, forms, documents and reports, to ensure that an efficient service is provided.
- Conduct offshore administration briefing to 1st time employees or visitors arriving on the facility.
- Prepare and update duty rotation of all facility junior staff residents (QatarEnergy LNG and contractors) and establish and update personnel files, includes recording leave, sickness, overtime, dates of transfer and other personnel information on each employee with details of family, next of kin, home address and telephone number and where the employee can be contacted while on leave.
- Support the onshore personnel office and other administrative and financial staff to answer queries or resolve problems, regarding a wide variety of personnel issues and documentation requirements.

Key Job Accountabilities
- Assist with all personnel documentation, such as time sheets, leave schedules, travel requests, claims for overtime, and requests for advances, are completed correctly before forwarding to the appropriate supervisor for approval.
- Assist as representative for all junior staff, in resolving their problems and coordinate between junior staff member and platform management.
- Assist in the coordination helicopter booking for passenger on the facility.
- Assist the OIM, as directed in alignment with company approved policies and procedures.
- Establish and work on documentation system to ensure proper storage and retrieval of required documents.
- Training coordination for all offshore staff.
Qualifications
- Completion of Secondary School Education (12 years).
Knowledge and Experience
- 5 years office administration experience in the oil and gas industry or with contracting or consultant’s firm.
- Very good knowledge of standard computer software.
- Knowledge of some financial and budgetary processes.
